Spring Season Finals  

The Grand Finals are scheduled for this Thursday.

All teams are requested to check the draws carefully and ensure that they know when the matches start. Teams are recommended to be present 15 minutes before the scheduled start. This will allow for pre-match warm ups.

Duty teams are also urged to be present at least 10 minutes before the scheduled commencement of games. Duty teams will require a minimum of 5 people to carry out duty properly.

Presentations to the winning teams will take place in the Sky Lounge

Presentations for each Division will be held in the Sky Lounge, food platters will be provided.
The bar will be opened at 8.00pm, on a cash only basis.
Following a suggestion from Ron Symons, the Board have decided to conduct a Consolation draw for those teams not participating in the Grand Finals.
A Volleyball will be the prize for each Division.
A representative from your Team is required to be in attendance when these draws are conducted, for your team to be eligible.
The approximate time for each presentation & draw will be:-
W1 & M2 Divisions approximately 8.30pm
W2 & Mixed Divisions approximately 9.30pm
M1 Division approximately 10pm
